Sega CD / Mega-CD Games

The Sega CD, marketed as the Mega-CD outside North America, expanded the Genesis with a second Motorola 68000, PCM audio, scaling/rotation hardware, and full-motion video storage on compact discs; produced by Sega's R&D teams with JVC manufacturing, it debuted in Japan on December 12 1988, in North America on October 15 1992, and in Europe on April 2 1993.
